Planning a party can be stressful! In the midst of all the chaos and planning, things can be easily forgotten. Here are some handy tips to help ease the stress and ensure that your day goes smoothly!
Prior Preparations
- Contact each of the businesses you have booked for your occasion. Confirm all the final party details together and be aware of any requests that they may have, such as a table setup for our DJs and Face Painters Our call team will always offer you a courtesy call in the week before your booking date to go through these details with you.
- Gather the contact details for the above together on a list.
- Assemble the party bags.
- Collect your decorations and extras ready for the day of the party.
- If you are arriving at the venue early to set up any decorations, arrange transport of the guest of honour to the party venue.
Ensure you have the following essentials to help on the day:
- Sellotape
- Blu-Tack/sticky tack
- scissors
- candles for the cake
- a lighter
- bin bags
- baby wipes
On The Day
- Don’t forget to set a gift table! Guests may come with a gift, so it’s ideal to have a designated space to keep them all together.
- Remember to bring the essentials!
- Make sure you have your cake (yes, forgetting the cake has happened!)
- For health and safety, please ensure that all fire exits of the venue/party location are clear.
- If there is a stage, please leave this clear of any obstructions.
and most importantly…
Enjoy!
Our team will always contact you as they are on the way to your party location (this will show as an unknown number). If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask them on the day. You can also contact us at any time leading up to your party date if you have any questions, at all!
