Do you work for free?
Due to the number of offers we receive every day, we’re unable to offer free bookings. We believe this is the fairest approach for all of the charities and organisations we work with, as well as for our team members, many of whom rely on this as their main source of income.
However, if you choose to book us, we promise to do everything we can to support your event. We’ll aim to promote it across our channels wherever possible, helping to raise awareness, encourage attendance and, ultimately, maximise your fundraising efforts. ❤️

What type of charity event can we book you for?
The CopyCat Party Company is always happy to consider a wide range of events and opportunities to work with new organisations. However, to ensure every booking receives the attention and promotion it deserves, we do not book or actively promote the same type of event or service within an agreed local radius.
We are committed to making every booking as successful as possible, which is why we value unique events that offer something different and exciting to both your audience and ours.
We never want to dilute the service we provide or take away from the impact of your event. By carefully managing the events we support, we can give each booking the focus, promotion and support it deserves, helping you get the very best from working with The CopyCat Party Company. ❤️
What are the cost of your services?
We offer our services to registered charities and official representatives at a discounted corporate rate, helping you make the most of your event budget while still providing the professional service and experience The CopyCat Party Company is known for.

Raffle Prizes
On average, we receive around three requests every day for raffle prizes. While we would absolutely love to support every charity and event that gets in touch, unfortunately, the sheer number of requests means this simply isn’t something we’re able to offer to everyone.
Instead, we’ve chosen to give back in a different way. From time to time, we offer free services, prizes and special offers to our followers through our Game Show Nights and competitions.
The great thing is that any prize won through these promotions can be transferred to a charity of the winner’s choice, allowing you to donate the value of the prize to a cause that means something to you.
We hope this approach allows us to support charities while keeping things fair and manageable for everyone. ❤️
