Working with Charities – things are changing!
We’ve worked on many charity events over the years and helped raise a great deal of money for those that need it the most. We are happy to announce that for the first time this year we aren’t focusing on working with 2 charities alone. Instead, we are looking at working with as many charities as we possibly can!
If you’re looking to book us, we offer great advice on the type of event you run, and also the best way to use our services in order to maximise the success of an event.
So let’s look at some frequently asked questions…
Do you work for free?
Due to the amount of offers we receive daily we don’t. This is to make it fair to all charities we work with and to our team, many of whom this is their only job. Therefore we make it a promise should you book us we will always try our best to promote the event; helping to fund raise and raise awareness on the booking as much as we can.
What type of charity event can we book you for?
We are always happy to look at different types of events however we will never book and promote the same type of event and service within a agreed radius. We want your event to be the most successful it can be and for this reason aim to book events that are unique and offer something different to our customer and yours. We never want to dilute our service, or your event, and are committed to making your booking as successful as it can be.
What is the cost of your services?
We offer our services for charities at a discounted corporate cost. We may add an additional cost on to this for someone to attend with flyers and posters on the day dependant on the service and character. For more information on this please contact us.
On average we are asked around 3 times a day to provide raffle prizes! Whilst we’d love to be able to offer to all, it’s something that is out of our reach. Instead we made a decision to occasionally offer free services or offers to our followers via our Game Show Night or competitions. We do say that these can be transferred to a charity of their choice should you wish.
