Take a look at our booking process and the communication steps we will take with you up to your booking.
If you have an enquiry, there are several ways to contact us. Simply use one of the options listed on our contact us page and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. For a quicker response we’d recommend social media including Facebook and Instagram. Once you are ready to go ahead and book, we will arrange a call with you.
The Booking Call
We take all bookings over the phone. This is to ensure that all your details correct and we have read through our terms and conditions of booking with you. We do have an online booking form however for those who find it difficult to find time between other commitments. Please request this should this suit you better.
During your call, our admin team will go through your full quotation and thorough details for your party. If you have any questions or would like to clarify any of the details of your booking, this is the time to do it.
Payment can be made over the phone via a secure merchant account, or we can send over a payment link via email. We take your card details via Stripe and a deposit is required to secure your booking. Once a deposit has been successfully paid, we will send you a confirmation email within 7 days.
Your booking confirmation email will include all the basic details of your booking. It will also include links to the services you have requested and your payment confirmation. If you do not seem to have this after 7 days of paying your deposit, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please let us know.
Your Courtesy Call
Within the 7 days before your booking, our team will give you a call to run through the final details of your party. This is also the point we will look to take your final payment. We do not take cash payment on the day of your party.
On The Day
On the day of the booking, you will receive a phone call from our team to let you know that they are on their way to you!
If you have booked a package that includes a DJ Party Host, Face Painter or the Glitter and Hair Bar, our team will arrive before the party starts in order to set up and be ready to begin in time for your booking. The DJ will always arrive around 30 minutes before your booking starts.
If you have booked a Character Visit, our team will call you to let you know they have arrived at the booking location. They will ask how you would like them to enter the party. Please keep an eye on your phone for this call. It may come up as an ‘Unknown Number’
Should any of the team be running behind or delayed, they will contact you to keep you updated.
Following your booking you will receive a feedback email – please do send us feedback you have and if you’ve thoroughly enjoyed your party then do leave us a review! Reviews are hugely helpful to a business likes ours and we can’t tell you how much we appreciate them!
