The Booking Call
We take all bookings over the phone – this is to make sure that we’ve made sure that we have all your details correctly and have read through the terms and conditions of booking. Though booking online sometimes may seem easier – a call makes sure that we avoid any mistakes or oversights.
During your call our admin team will go through your full quotation and thorough details for your party.
Payment is made over the phone via a secure merchant account. We take your card details via Worldpay and an authorisation code is given for every payment for your piece of mind.
Within 24 hours of booking we will send you an opt in email – this is to confirm you are happy to receive future emails (including booking confirmation) from us. With new GDPR guidelines in place it’s important for us to have your permission. It’s also important to know how your data is being stored.
Within 7 days you will receive a booking confirmation. This will have the basic details of your booking included. It will also include links to the services you have booked and payment confirmation including a merchant provider authorisation code.
Your Courtesy Call
Around 7 days before your booking our team will give you a call to go through the final details of your booking. This is also the point we will look to take your final payment. We don’t take payment on the day of your party as there is always lots of other things to be focusing on and it avoids forgetting on the day!
Then it’s time to party!
On The Day
On the day of the booking you will receive a phone call as your character arrives at your venue.
Should any of the team be running behind or delayed they will call you to keep you updated.
