Prior to your visit
Once your booking is secure, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to an ‘extra information form’. Here, you can fill in a few extra details you would like your visiting character to know or mention at the booking. This helps to personalise your visit and will have that extra magical touch!
Additional extras
Grump’s signature ‘Snot Boxes’ along with other extras can be requested any time up to your booking date. You can also purchase these directly from our Christmas Shop.
If you have your own secret gift you would like your visiting character to reveal, do let us know! We can take any special requests upon booking.

1st December – 23rd December – £55.00
24th December (Christmas eve) – £65.00
30 Minute Visits
Available on all dates up to the 23rd December – £70.00
A fuel/travel charge will apply if booking location is over 10 miles of our Barnsley base.
