The Lost North Pole Post Trail

This year we are launching a brand new interactive event in the form of a Christmas trail! With current restrictions on gatherings and how we run events; we wanted to create something that can be done in a socially distant way and at your own pace.

Meet Poppit

Meet Poppit the Elf! Poppit is in charge if making sure that all letters addressed to the North Pole get there! There’s just one problem – Poppit has forgotten where all of the North Pole Post boxes are in Barnsley town centre and needs your help to find them!

The Trail.

Book your slot to meet Poppit the elf in her secret mail room in Barnsley; from there she will give you an activity pack which includes all the clues you need to help find the post boxes.
There are 10 post boxes to find in the Barnsley Town Centre outside businesses and simply write down where each of them are. You may also wish to take a ‘selfie’ by each one to prove you were there!

The businesses participating on the day may provide extras but the main trail has been designed so you can find the post box without going into the business and stay socially distant.

At the end of the trail you may also wish to give your letter to Santa directly to Poppit to make sure it gets to the North Pole in the quickest possible way!
