We are happy to announce our North Pole Mail Service this Christmas season!
With the current restrictions we face in 2020, this year we are adjusting our usual festive services and visits so they are COVID-safe while still providing the same fun and magical experiences for you and your little ones. This year Christmas is looking a little different and it’s for this reason our usual services won’t be happening like our ever popular elf visits and other festive visits from Christmas favourites like Father Christmas and Mrs Claus!
We know how much your little ones love getting their North Pole Christmas sacks and meeting a real elf; so it’s for this reason we’ve decided to change our service so it’s COVID secure.
How it will work.
This year we will be providing a drop off service of Christmas bags where your little one will meet an elf at a social distance at their front door.
Once at a safe social distance your elf will also pose for a picture! You’ll even get chance to ask a question or two but be quick as the elf will be soon back on their travels delivering goodies!
What is included?
The elf will come with a Workshop bundle. If you have more than one child you may want to add more bags. We do however encourage sharing should you choose not to do this.
How we are taking safety seriously.
We will be preparing your bags in advance. There will be a cut off date of bookings and adding extras one week before the booking. You elf will hand the bags to you with gloves on which will be sanitised, washed and changed regularly depending on the type of gloves they will be wearing on the day.
How long are the visits?
Visits are 15 minutes long (just enough time before it gets too cold for everyone!)
Want any extras?
You can also purchase extras from our Christmas shop which the elf can bring with them on the day too!
Can you buy the extras to give to the elf?
Due to COVID restrictions we will not be taken any extras you have bought this year. However we are happy for you to hide some goodies in your home and the elf can explain where they are!
What is your availability?
Our availability for elves changes hourly and it’s for this reason we ask you to complete a Christmas request form. From there we can call you to discuss what elves are available in your area, the times and dates too.
The cost is £25 (£35 on Christmas Eve)- with fuel charges applied if over 10 miles from our base in Hoyland, Barnsley – S749SB.
