Sometimes in the craziness of planning a party you forget to ask the simple questions regarding your booking. This is the reason we’ve compiled a list of questions and things to note now that you’ve booked with us! If you have a question that isn’t answered here please let us know!
What time will you arrive on the day?
DJ Party Host – 30 minutes before your booking
Character – 5 minutes before the booking start time
Face Painter – 15 minutes before your start time.
Team will communicate if there is any issues on the day regarding being there on time though this is very rare.
