Is there a maximum amount of children that can attend?
This depends on your party package or service. Our traditional parties have no minimum or maximum numbers but our themed and tailored parties do. This is so we can ensure you get the best out of your themed and tailored parties. You can add extra guests at an additional cost. Please feel free to ask and clarify during your booking or enquiry process.

When should I book?
We always recommend booking at least 3+ months prior to the date of the event. The earlier you book, the more likely we will have the availability you desire. Although dates can be fully booked up well in advance, we always advise that you check with our team as last minute availability can often occur. We can take deposits for parties upto 12 months in advance, which is ideal if you wish to spread the cost of your party!
Are you DBS checked? (formally CRB)
The Disclosure Barring Service formally came into being in December 2012 following the merger of the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA). All our associates working in various roles within our business are self employed. All individuals who work with The CopyCat Party Company understand and are willing to partake in any requested DBS checks. Please note this is a standard charge which will be added to your total payment.
Please note before going ahead with a DBS request the eligibility of the job role itself. A DBS will not be needed in most cases due to the nature of the booking. The CopyCat Party Company are happy to discuss this.
Our regular team are on the DBS update service and senior team are licensed chaperones.

Where are you based?
We are currently based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. This doesn’t mean we are limited however with us regularly doing work in surrounding areas and further taking us for work around the world! Our regular areas include Rotherham, Sheffield, Pontefract, Doncaster, Leeds, Wakefield and the surrounding areas!
What deposit do you require for a booking?
We ask for £10 per service for a non refundable initial payment amount. This is subject to change. For party packages this is £50.
What prizes do you give out at parties?
Small party favours currently include bubbles, stickers and other fun extras. We are aiming to move away from plastic as much as possible so these may change in the near future.
We do not currently offer edible prizes due to potential allergies. However, should you wish to supply these for your party we can hand these out on your behalf.
Do I need to check out allergies with my guests?
Yes. Even if you are not booking face painting or our glitter and hair bar, we do still require this information. A child may be allergic to a rubber bouncy ball we offer as a prize, for example. If we know about this in advance, we can actively avoid bringing things to the party that may cause worry. You will be asked when booking with us regarding any allergies that you are aware of as part of our terms and conditions and insurance risk assessment.
How do I book?
